The International Festival of New Circus Cirkul’art 2025 is coming to the Castle Park in Stupava from 23rd to 25th May 2025.
The festival is a showcase of creative and genre-diverse artistic productions that focus on theatre and circus at the same time. It is the only event of its kind in Slovakia.
New circus is one of the youngest genres of performing arts, yet it has already become a modern phenomenon. It is characterized by a form of storytelling through circus skills.

After years, the dreaded GREENMAN, the original French FANFARE Pierres et Fils, a group of acrobats from Damian artistic group from Moldova are returning to Cirkul´ART.
The great legend Bolek Polívka will come to this year’s festival of new circus and theatre with his new original performance Saga or the Miracle of Viz.
The face of the Cirkul´ART 2025 Festival will be the actress of the Slovak National Theatre Janka Kovalčiková.
