Our favourite event. If you are a lover of gardens and want to see the ones that are hidden from the public all year round, you have a chance on the first weekend in June. That’s when their gates open all over Slovakia, and Bratislava is no exception. Did you know that several houses and palaces in the Old Town hide gardens? You can stroll through the Liszt Garden on Klariska Street, the Koch Garden, where you can see a unique example of interwar garden architecture, or the Albrecht House Garden on Kapitulska Street and many others. A complete list of the accessible gardens and the programme of their tours can be found at vopz.sk.

After the hike, we’ll hop on a bus back to Petržalka for an informal group dinner at a local eatery. You can join us for this unforgettable hike on Saturday, June 10.
