The Farmers’ Market at Náplavka 2025 takes place every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Rašínovo Embankment in Prague 2 and ranks among the most popular and largest farmers’ markets in the entire Czech Republic.
From its humble beginnings with just 28 vendors, the market has grown to a regular 90–100 stalls, attracting hundreds of visitors every Saturday who come for high-quality local produce, artisanal goods, and the unique atmosphere of Prague’s Náplavka.
On the banks of the Vltava River, visitors will find a wide selection of fresh food and products from trusted Czech farmers, breeders, and producers – from fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, and cheese to meat, sausages, flowers, natural cosmetics, and original handmade design items. No Saturday morning at Náplavka would be complete without the aroma of great food from the food stalls, a cup of specialty coffee, and live music to accompany it all.
The Farmers’ Market at Náplavka is not just a place to shop, but also a space for meeting, sharing, and supporting a sustainable lifestyle. The organizers emphasize an ecological approach – encouraging shoppers to bring their own containers, use returnable cups, and prefer recyclable materials. The market is also a member of the Association of Farmers’ Markets of the Czech Republic, which guarantees the quality and ethical conduct of all vendors.
In addition to the regular Saturday markets, visitors can also look forward to special themed events such as Pink May, Beer at Náplavka, or the St. Martin’s Festival with Roast Goose, which bring even more flavors, aromas, and good cheer to the heart of the city.
