Prague Pride Festival

The Prague Pride 2026 festival will welcome Prague from August 3 to 9, transforming the city center into a symbol of freedom, equality, and human dignity.

The 16th edition of the festival in the Czech capital offers a diverse program for everyone. You can look forward to exhibitions, meetups, workshops, discussions, films, music, shows, and much more…

The main events will take place primarily in Prague 1 and adjacent locations. Key venues include Pride Park, Pride Village, Pride House, Pride Youth, Pride Café, Pride Cinema, and a number of other locations across Prague.

The highlight of the week will be the traditional Saturday rainbow parade through Prague, which draws tens of thousands of participants every year. The parade will set off on Saturday, August 8 at 12:00 PM from Wenceslas Square, make its way through the historic center, and arrive at Pride Park. We recommend arriving as early as 11:00 AM so you still have time to make a last-minute banner or get your makeup done.

Admission to the festival is free, as the goal is to keep it accessible to the widest possible audience, though contributions are welcome.

Prague Pride has long been dedicated to sustainability—using reusable cups, minimizing printed materials, and promoting waste sorting. It thus combines social responsibility not only in the realm of human rights but also toward the environment.
