For the eleventh time, Central Park in Pankrác will host the popular “Asia: Far and Near” festival, which brings together culture, cuisine, and experiences for the whole family. This year, the festival will take place on Saturday, September 22, 2026, and will offer visitors a varied all-day program.
For lovers of Asian culture and cuisine, we have the perfect program lined up for Saturday. You’ll find plenty of food stalls offering a wide selection of dishes from across Asia—where you’ll not only discover your favorite foods but also be sure to find something new to try. You can also look forward to an accompanying cultural program, including K-pop-style dance groups and various martial arts demonstrations.
11:00 a.m. – Stalls open
1:00–2:00 p.m. – Opening program (random dance)
2:00 p.m. – Official opening of the festival
2:30–7:00 p.m. – Main program
The festival will also feature workshops and creative activities that both adults and children can participate in. A children’s play area will be set up for our youngest visitors, so there really is something for the whole family.
