Urban Pictus 2026

Prague’s streets will once again come alive with large-scale art this year. Urban Pictus, an international mural art festival, brings both local and international artists to the city, who—over the course of a few days—will transform building facades into a public gallery full of colors, stories, and contemporary street art.

The festival runs throughout the summer months and presents mural art as a living part of public space, offering visitors a unique opportunity to watch monumental paintings take shape right on the streets. The works often reflect the history of the location, the local community, or current social issues, giving public space a new dimension.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

New works will be created at several locations in Prague, including Bulhar, Kostnické náměstí, Divoká Šárka, and Ruzyně.
