Techno Pilates at ROXY Prague

Come join us to try out the new Techno Pilates class at ROXY in Prague! Techno Pilates at the club isn’t just “another workout”—it’s more of an experience that combines exercise, music, and atmosphere.

Why should you try it?

1. The fusion of movement and music

Techno Pilates combines classic Pilates with energetic electronic music, which completely changes the pace of the workout. Instead of quiet concentration, you have a rhythm that “pulls” you forward.

2. Greater motivation (even for those who don’t love working out)

The music and club energy help you overcome the feeling of “I have to work out.” It feels more like an event or a party where you move naturally.

3. A powerful endorphin rush

The combination of movement + loud music + lights creates a more intense experience than traditional workouts.

4. An unconventional setting

Classes are held in a club with lights, LED effects, and visuals that react to the music. This turns the workout into an experience, not a routine.

5. It still offers the benefits of Pilates

Even though it’s the “party version,” you’re still working on:

your core

flexibility

posture

It just feels less boring.

Who is this best suited for?

If you’re not into traditional Pilates

If you love techno or a club atmosphere

If you want to try something new without the pressure to perform

If you’re looking for a blend of socializing and fitness

This event is exactly what you need to fill your whole body with endorphins. An energetic playlist and refreshing contemporary Pilates await you.

So don’t hesitate—come test your limits!

We look forward to seeing you!

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the class starts and bringing your own pilates mat, towel, and water.
