Techno Yoga in Roxy

Are you looking for a way to clear your head, but don’t want to sit in silence on a mat? Techno yoga at ROXY Prague brings a whole new dimension to relaxation and movement. A unique class awaits you, combining a fluid yoga flow with hypnotic techno beats and a club-like atmosphere that will draw you in from the very first minute.

Techno yoga isn’t your typical calm, meditative class – it’s an experience where breath, movement, and music merge into one rhythm. You’ll be guided by the tempo of the music, gradually relax, and at the same time strengthen your entire body. Lights, sound, and the ROXY club space create an atmosphere that helps you reach a flow state much faster than traditional yoga.

Why you need to try it

1. Yoga reimagined – in rhythm with music

Smooth transitions between poses are enhanced by electronic music that helps you maintain both pace and focus.

2. Mindfulness without boredom

Forget silence – music helps you switch off naturally, without forced concentration.

3. Deep relaxation effect

The combination of breath, movement, and music brings deeper physical and mental release.

4. Unique club atmosphere

ROXY transforms into a space of both calm and energy – lights and visuals elevate the entire experience.

5. Strength & flexibility

Improve stability, stretch your whole body, and unwind from everyday stress.

Who is it for?

– if you want to try yoga in a new way
– if you enjoy music and unconventional concepts
– if you’re looking for a balance between relaxation and movement
– if you want to switch off and recharge

Techno yoga is exactly the kind of event where you relax, but still leave feeling like you’ve done something good for yourself. The perfect combination for both body and mind – without the usual routine.

*We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early and bringing your own mat, comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind.
