The Children’s Playground at Výstaviště, located in Prague’s Stromovka Park near the entrance from Prague 7, is an ideal spot for families with children looking for fun, movement, and time outdoors.
You’ll find it right next to the modern bistro Artyčok, so while the kids explore the various play features, parents can relax with a coffee or something tasty.
The playground is designed as a multi-level play structure, offering children not only entertainment but also opportunities to develop important skills—such as balance, spatial orientation, and confidence. The most popular features include a rope bridge, a toboggan-style slide, a metal tunnel, and educational rotating cards with animal pictures that combine play with learning.
For younger children, there’s also a sandbox located nearby, so kids of all ages can enjoy their visit.
One major advantage is that the Children’s Playground at Výstaviště is open all year round, regardless of the weather. Thanks to nearby benches and the bistro, it’s also a great place for longer stops during a stroll through Stromovka or a family outing.
The style of the playground resembles a smaller urban version of the popular Mirakulum Park – full of creative play elements that encourage kids to move, explore, and discover.
