Spring Umtrh 2025

From March 14–16 and March 21–23, 2025, Alšovo nábřeží in Prague will come alive with the vibrant atmosphere of UMtrh – an artistic market combined with a small street food festival.

This beloved event is a haven for art lovers, handmade crafts enthusiasts, and fans of quality gastronomy.

At UMtrh, dozens of Czech artists and artisans will showcase and sell their unique creations, including original jewelry, decorations, illustrations, ceramics, and fashion accessories. A creative corner will also be available, where visitors can try out different artistic techniques under the guidance of experienced creators.

The first weekend (March 14–16, 2025) will feature Pragomarket – Marchcraft Festival in front of Rudolfinum, blending art, crafts, gastronomy, and live music. Visitors can explore handmade products from Czech artisans, enjoy a diverse selection of street food specialties from around the world, and listen to live performances, including singers from the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. The festival will also offer craft beers from Medvěd Brewery, French wines, homemade lemonades, mulled wine, coffee, and a variety of sweet and savory treats.

The following weekend (March 21–23, 2025), the same location will host Jarní UMtrh (Spring UMtrh), featuring an artisan market, live music, and a children’s creative workshop. Just like at Pragomarket, visitors will find handmade jewelry, ceramics, illustrations, and fashion accessories by Czech creators. The food selection will include specialty coffee, homemade lemonades, Italian and French wines, crémant, and craft beers from Medvěd Brewery.

Both events take place outdoors in the historic center of Prague and are pet-friendly. Entry is free, and a live music program will accompany the market throughout the weekend.
