In case you are an art lover, you should not miss to visit very the first edition of Prague Art Week which will be held from 9 to 15 September! The festival will take place in more than 50 locations in Prague and its main aim is to to elevate Prague to the summit of the world art scene and to contribute to the Czech art scene’s continued international recognition. In the seven days of the festival, partners of Prague Art Week such as National Gallery Prague, Prague City Gallery, Galerie Rudolfinum, MeetFactory and others, will host new exhibition openings and special educational programmes and events for families with children. It also provides the audience with a unique opportunity to learn more about the work of significant figures in the art world, such as world-renowned photographer Marie Tomanová, who is currently residing in New York.
