Gastro Sweet Fest 2025 will take place from November 20 to 22, 2025, at PVA EXPO PRAGUE in Letňany, showcasing the very best from the world of pastry, baking, coffee, wine, cocktails, and modern bistro cuisine.
This three-day festival will bring together gastronomy professionals and sweet life enthusiasts in a unique atmosphere filled with flavors, aromas, inspiration, and the latest culinary trends.
Visitors can look forward to live demonstrations by master pastry chefs and bakers, tastings of specialty coffee, wines, and cocktails, as well as a modern food zone featuring the best of Czech and international gastronomy. There will also be workshops, lectures, and a B2B section dedicated to professionals from the HoReCa industry.
A special highlight of the program will be the musical performance by Karol & Kvído, adding a lively note to Saturday’s schedule. The festival also emphasizes sustainability, avoiding single-use plastics and promoting coffee grounds recycling.
Gastro Sweet Fest 2025 is a true celebration of taste, creativity, and craftsmanship — a place where everyone can find something for themselves, whether it’s inspiration, learning, or simply a sweet experience.
