Connection studio – autumn balance festival

If you’d like to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and spend a day focusing on yourself, you can visit the Autumn Balance Festival at Gabriel Loci on October 10.

Throughout the day, you can look forward to mindful movement, relaxation, healing sounds, and inspiring encounters. The festival is primarily intended for women, and its goal is to create a space where they can relax, recharge, and slow down for a while.

The program is divided into several sections, so everyone can choose the activities that suit them best. You can look forward to, for example, classes focused on movement and bodywork, relaxation activities, and sound experiences. The day will also include gatherings and time for sharing and rest.

The event takes place at the historic Gabriel Loci venue in Smíchov and begins at 10 a.m. The festival is perfect for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a day without rushing and focus a little more on their own well-being.
