Makro Czech Gastro Fest Prague

Do not miss the celebration of finest food with the second year of Makro Czech Gastro Fest that is going to be held in Prague’s O2 Universum!
From 12 to 13 April, the festival will offer the best of the best of what Czech hospitality has to offer, will once again be organised by macro Czech wholesale, which will bring together some of the best personalities of the renowned gastro scene, headed by Zdeněk Pohlreich. They will be happy to share their experience. Visitors will once again be delighted by four floors full of cooking and bartending shows, an open macro market with many tastings and plenty of inspiration. The opportunity to be part of the gastro experience is coming up.

The main area will be open to all visitors this time, where a unique “macro market” will take place. Here you will be able to experience the concept of “listen, watch, taste” in the open kitchen, cooking shows and tastings.
Visitors will also learn a lot of useful facts about the digitalisation of gastronomy, international cuisine, hotel solutions, institutional catering and fast food concepts. Pop-up restaurants will also be open again.
