The 16th annual Fotograf Zone Festival, titled “Wild Kin,” focuses on the relationships between people, nature, and other living organisms.
The festival runs from October 1 to 11 at several venues in Prague and combines contemporary photography with exhibitions, workshops, performances, discussions, and other events.
For example, over the weekend of October 9–11, you can take the audio walk “An Experiential Tour of Hell,” which will guide you through the Holešovice Market complex, or attend several workshops on Saturday. The program will also feature the performance “Asphalt Lovers,” a screening of photographs by older generations, and a discussion dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Fotograf Zone Festival.
The festival will conclude on Saturday evening with the Wild Kin Afterparty featuring DJ gin_and_platonic. If you’re interested in contemporary art and photography but don’t want to spend the entire weekend just in a gallery, the festival offers plenty of different activities at several locations throughout Prague.
Location: Jungmannova 7, Prague 1, Czech Republic, 110 00
Date: October 1–11, 2026
