Street food Bratislava

The next in the series of Street food festivals prepared for you by the Street food festival will take place in Petržalka, but also in Rača and Ružinov. This time their central theme is carnivals, so we can look forward to a lot of meat and non-meat delicacies, and of course there will be something sweet to eat and beer!

PETRŽALKA:

A carnival feast full of flavours and aromas in the centre of Petržalka. 17-19 February in front of the Petržalka market.

RUŽINOV:

The Ružinov Fasiangy will be held from Friday, February 10 to Sunday, February 12 in Andrej Hlinka Park in Ružinov near the statue of Karol Šmidke.

They will be in the spirit of the slaughter festivities, associated with the presentation of the butcher’s craft, with the sale of fresh pork and fresh meat products such as sausages, liver sausages, blood sausages, tlačenka and the like. These will be available both raw and roasted.

In addition to this, there will be a wide range of various savoury and sweet street food dishes, craft beer as well as wine from Slovak winemakers.

Each day will include a musical production and also the sale of various craft products.

Vendors:

BÓDIS butchery (Žitný Ostrov), meat and butcher’s products (sausages, liver, blood sausages, blood sausages, pressed, smoked) in raw state, also cooked.

RAČA:

The Račany carnival will be held from Friday 17 February to Sunday 19 February in the parking lot in front of the German Cultural House in Rača. There will be stalls with grilled kebab delicacies as well as an assortment of savoury and sweet street food dishes. Quality wines will be presented by local winemakers from the Račanský chodník association. Bratislava craft beer will be presented by the brewery Generál.

In the afternoon, a DJ will play every day and a manéžka will be available for children.

On Sunday, the event will be varied by a programme of the Rača municipality, a ride of historical tractors and a burial of the bass.
