Foreign languages as fun. Regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 2022 to December 2022
The initiative “Let’s have fun with foreign languages” with Mr. Jan Krajcik, RNDr. So far, we have only invited people who already know some languages at least partially to the kick-off meeting and we have talked about the possibilities of how a language can be acquired rather than learned. Whether individually, in pairs or in a group. We tried out a few of the more easy activities that can be practiced without a tutor.
But the main thing is: we have created three language groups
/German, English, Italian/, which started to meet weekly and have fun together with “understandable language stimuli”.
Don’t worry, nobody will test you, but if you want , you can try practically some easy activities.
You can also use these on your own or with a “language partner”.

– Coordination exercises for seniors
Exercises are aimed at improving brain concentration to coordinate movements, coordination of the right and left cerebral hemispheres, overall relaxation of the body. Exercises are also done with scarves and balls provided by the instructor. The exercises are not physically demanding.

YOGA FOR SENIORS

Once again you can look forward to regular Yoga classes with Stefan Topolsky, in the pleasant environment of the studio- Lotus Yoga.
Classes will be held regularly every Wednesday and start now 2.2.2022.
STAY GOOD with Stefan Topolsky practicing gentle, physically undemanding yoga, led with an emphasis on coordination of movement with the breath. The practice is focused on rehabilitation and prevention. Anyone who is willing to try the effects of slow exercises done in harmony with the body’s signals is welcome to join.
