Puppy Turbina Rumini mission

The main role will once again be played by the puppies on February 16th in Turbina! Attention all the lively, moving, and cheerful puppies! Take the fabulous castle of Turbina together and explore it as part of our Sunday afternoon program! We recommend the program for ages 3-9.

There is hardly a small child in the country who has not read or listened to the adventures of Rumini. Get into the shoes of Rumini, Balikó and the others in the fabulous locations of Turbina the Puppy and go on an adventure with the Wind Queen to Pelevár, the Zúzmaragyarmat, through the Ragacs Sea and the Dragon Strait!

The story of Rumini, the little sailor mouse, was a Christmas gift written by Judit Berg for her daughter. The novel won the Children’s Book of the Year award immediately after its publication and its success has been unbroken ever since. In 2020, it received the Best Children’s Book award at the Rumini Island of Mirrors.

Everyone will find something to do at Kölyök Turbina’s fabulous family afternoons: culture, music, crafts, an obstacle course, lots of fun and games await you!

PROGRAM:

16:00-17:00 Rumini on the Mirror Island – small concert feat. Orsolya Holecskó/Botond Vrabecz (MAIN HALL)

A family musical based on Judit Berg’s fairy tale Rumini on the Mirror Island was made with Firkin’s music and Hungarian lyrics. The continuous success of the performances presented at the Bartók Theatre encouraged the band to release an album of the most beautiful songs. Characters known from the Rumini book series, Rumini, Balikó, Fecó Galléros, Rozi Sajtos, Dundi Bandi, Benedek Bojtos, Negro and the figure of the frog-turned knight Rombó also come to life in the Firkin song series. The small concert was adapted for the stage by the two performers, as well as writer Judit Berg and producer János Péter.
