SALT Budapest, the Michelin-starred restaurant, has finally opened its first bakery, offering some of the city’s finest breads and pastries. Salt Bakery is a new wave bakery that carries on the restaurant’s philosophy. In addition to classic sourdough breads, the shelves are stocked with rye bread, wholemeal bread and oat bread, while pastries include tarts, cocoa snails, croissants and cardamom bullar.The selection is constantly changing, depending on the season, so it’s worth visiting the bakery often, as there’s always something new to try.
