Wellhello-Budapest Park

If you’re looking for a late-summer evening that combines live music, nostalgia and a party that goes on until the early hours, head to Budapest Park on August 28. Wellhello is preparing a special anniversary concert, as the film Sohavégetnemérős is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

Sohavégetnemérős returns after 10 years

Some films are remembered not only for their scenes, but for the atmosphere of an entire era. Sohavégetnemérős captured the world of Wellhello’s music, festivals, parties, friendships and romances back in the summer of 2016.

Now, ten years later, some of the film’s most memorable moments are coming back. At Budapest Park, Wellhello will not only celebrate the anniversary, but will also perform all the songs featured in the film. During the evening, we will also find out what happened to the characters in the story over the past decade.

Of course, a lot can change in ten years. For many people, festival romances turned into serious relationships, marriages and even families. That is what makes this concert both a nostalgic trip down memory lane and a huge celebration for a generation.

Lil Frakk kicks off the evening

The gates open at 6:00 PM, followed by Lil Frakk taking the stage at 7:20 PM. After warming up the crowd, Wellhello will take over at 8:15 PM with their special anniversary show.

If you know the songs from Sohavégetnemérős, there will probably be moments when you are instantly transported back to the summer of 2016.

The after-party starts at 10:00 PM

The night doesn’t end when the concert is over. From 10:00 PM, the party continues across several dance floors featuring a variety of musical styles, so those who want to keep going can dance until the early hours.

Entry to the dance floors is free with a concert ticket, meaning one ticket gives you access to a full night at Budapest Park.

The 10th anniversary of Sohavégetnemérős promises to be much more than an ordinary concert. It will be an evening where old songs return, a defining summer is brought back to life, and we get to discover how the story has evolved ten years later. And perhaps some things really never come to an end.
