I bike Budapest

The slogan of this year’s bike parade is “Cycle through the city in a way you can’t any other day”.The aim of this bike demonstration is to create a Budapest where everyone can ride a bike, and not just on this day. Come with us, because a liveable city is in everyone’s interest, not just cyclists’!

Improved suburban bike storage
Further development of the Bubi
Accelerating suburban cycle network improvements
Complete cycling core network in the city centre
Campaigns to promote combined transport
Data-based transport improvements, public accident database
Safe cycling on the Pest quay, Rákóczi út, Petőfi and Szabadság bridges
Road improvements to be implemented safely for all road users
Development of bicycle transport on BKK vehicles
