On November 23, Hungary’s geek community unites once again for the most anticipated pop culture event of the year — GeekCon Hungary 2025!
This year’s edition takes place at a new venue, the Lurdy House Conference and Event Center, welcoming fans across 3,000 square meters filled with anime, movies, TV shows, cosplay, gaming, and endless entertainment.
GeekCon is a true geek paradise, where visitors can meet their favorite voice actors, YouTubers, and cosplayers, and explore the massive Geek Marketplace packed with rare collectibles, figures, comics, games, and themed merchandise. In the Gamer & Board Game Zone, everyone can try out the latest releases, while the exhibits and photo points offer perfect spots for nostalgia — and plenty of selfies.
The program includes cosplay competitions, panel talks, themed stage shows, fan meetups, and exclusive presentations from the world of geek culture. The organizers also emphasize that GeekCon is a family-friendly event, where both kids and adults can enjoy a colorful lineup of activities inspired by Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Anime, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and LEGO.
