Ice Cream Festival

Do you like ice cream? The first Ice Cream Festival is coming to Slovakia on August 29–30, 2026. 

The festival at Kuchajda is a great opportunity to taste the best ice creams from Slovakia all in one place. You can look forward to classic flavors as well as unconventional combinations, artisanal gelato, refreshing sorbets, and vegan options—from rolled, soft-serve, and cream-based ice cream to vegan, scoop-style, and popsicles, all the way to special experimental creations.

In addition to ice cream, you’ll find fun attractions in the kids’ zone and an all-day stage program, including stands offering snacks, drinks, and cotton candy.

A pleasant summer atmosphere, an entertaining program of events, and activities for both children and adults await you.

Admission is free, thanks in part to the Nové Mesto district, which is sponsoring the event. The Ice Cream Festival is held as part of the Nové Mesto Cultural and Sports Summer Finale.
