Composed dance programme. Art is able to translate stories, evoke emotions, showcase the beauty of the human body and reveal all its movement shades and limits in imaginative choreographies.
An extremely successful project for the audience, in which academic and folk dance are confronted on stage in a friendly way.
Two of Bratislava’s largest professional dance companies – the Slovak National Theatre Ballet and SĽUK – Slovak Folk Art Collective – in an effort to bring the beauty of different genres of dance to life, offer the best of their repertoire in a jointly composed programme.
Performers include soloists and the choir of the SND Ballet, the SND Opera Orchestra, a dance ensemble, folk music and the SĽUK singing group.
