Rača Feast 2023

During Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7, you will experience a weekend full of traditions and a feast programme prepared for you by the Municipality of Bratislava-Rača. The feast will start at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday and traditionally local talents will perform. There will be 🎶 performances of music and 💃🏻 dance groups, a programme for children led by the URSUS historical fencing group, a party for young people with a DJ, exhibitions, carousels, wine tasting and stalls with delicious food.

On Sunday at 9.00 a.m. you will be woken up by DH Račianka in the Feast Wake-up Call. And Račianski vintners will traditionally welcome you in the Wine Alley in the amphitheatre in Knižkova dolina, where you can enjoy delicious wines from their production.

This year the invitation was accepted by the three-time 🎤 Golden Nightingale Dalibor Janda, who celebrated a significant jubilee this year. On this occasion, he will also play a couple of big concerts in Slovakia. One of the places will be Rača 😊.

You can find the sales stands on Alstrová street and in Knižkova dolina.

The competition for the Best Feast Cake, which was very popular among the visitors last year after a two-year break, is inseparable from the food. In addition to professionals from the Slovak Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, the jury this time will also include the well-known singer and housewife Gizka Oňová. The competition is held in two categories: dessert and yeast cake. You can bring one cake from each category. Registration and collection of Kaufland vouchers for the purchase of ingredients will take place from 2 May – 5 May 2023 at the German Cultural House, Baónka 3 (info: katarina.dobiasova@raca.sk, 02/49112471)
