💼 1. Meet Employers Face to Face

Sending your CV through a job portal is easy. But how often does it go unanswered? At Career EXPO, you can step away from the anonymity of online applications and meet employers in person. Introduce yourself, discover which positions companies are currently recruiting for, and ask directly about working conditions, career development opportunities and company culture. Sometimes, a short face-to-face conversation is exactly what makes a recruiter remember you. 🤝

📄 2. Find Out If Your CV Really Works

Do you have great experience but receive fewer interview invitations than you expected? The problem may not be your experience. Sometimes your CV simply doesn’t present it in the best possible way. At Career EXPO, you can have your CV reviewed by professionals and learn what to change, what to highlight and what might be better left out.

🧠 3. Test Your Skills

How good are your language skills? What are your strongest qualities? And which skills should you develop if you want to take the next step in your career During Career EXPO, you’ll have the opportunity to take language and personality tests and receive advice in the field of IT.

🎤 4. Get Inspired by People Who Weren’t Afraid to Make a Change

Sometimes we don’t need another job advertisement. We need a new impulse. On the main stage and the IT & Skills Stage, inspiring guests will share their experiences, career stories and insights into professional development.

📸 5. Get a Professional Photo for Your CV or LinkedIn

When was the last time you updated your LinkedIn or CV photo? At Career EXPO, you can have a professional photo taken and use it for your LinkedIn profile, CV or other professional purposes.

🤝 6. Make Valuable New Connections

Not every visit to a career fair has to end with a job offer that same day. You may, however, meet a recruiter, company representative or professional whose path crosses yours again several months later. Networking is one of the biggest benefits of events like Career EXPO. Instead of sending dozens of anonymous online applications, you can make real connections with people and companies that interest you.

👩‍🎓👨‍💻 Who Is Career EXPO For?

Career EXPO is for practically anyone thinking about their professional future.

Whether you’re a student or graduate, looking for your first job, an experienced professional considering a career change, searching for a better position, or returning to the job market after a break, there is something here for you.

And it’s worth visiting even if you’re not actively looking for a new job right now. 👀

You can get a valuable overview of which companies are hiring, what employers are currently looking for and what opportunities are available on the job market.

Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation, one new contact or one idea to move things in the right direction. 💫
