Drum n bass pilates Bratislava

Do you like drum and bass and want to get fit? Join us for a Drum n bass pilates class. Drum & bass Pilates is basically a Pilates class with drum & bass music—usually fast, energetic tracks. The style of exercise remains Pilates, but the atmosphere is more like a party or a club – louder music, higher energy, and often more athletic movements.

How does it work in practice?

You will still do the classic Pilates elements core + strength + mobility

controlled core exercises (abdominal muscles + deep stabilizers)

buttocks and legs exercises

posture + spine alignment

mobility and stability exercises…

but the pace and transitions are more “enthusiastic” because they correspond to the rhythm.
