Cultural Summer in the Old Town

The Old Town has also put together a packed programme for you this summer, and Hviezdoslavovo Square will host a wide range of genres, from jazz, folk and classical music to the alternative scene and DJ sets.

Come along to listen to some great music, discover new bands, have a dance with friends and soak up the unique atmosphere of the Old Town. All concerts and DJ sets are free of charge.

Programme:

8 August, 6.00 pm – Christina Mantis

A musician whose songs and lyrics serve as candid, and at times sarcastic, reflections on personal life, women in society, relationships and the everyday revolution.

15 August, 6.00 pm – Paper Moon Trio

A vocal trio comprising Andrea Kružliaková, Barbora Medeková and Juliana Šeregiová, who perform songs from the 1920s to the 1940s. Some know them as the Serenaders Sisters, others as the Paper Moon Trio.

20 August, 5.00 pm – Spojár
