Tea Coffee Chocolate Festival

The amazing aroma of fine coffee, the enchanting aroma of exotic teas and the unmistakable taste of honest chocolate – this is the Coffee Tea Chocolate Festival in the Old Market Hall.

The interior of the charming Old Market Hall in the heart of Bratislava will be transformed for two days into the biggest coffee, chocolate and tea event of the year. Let yourself be carried away by the taste of the finest coffees from domestic and foreign roasters, fall under the spell of artisanal confectionery with us and caress your senses with the pure taste of quality teas.

An interesting programme, discussions, lectures, interviews with roasters, competitions and presentations await you.

Bring your own cups or mugs to the festival. 🌍 The organisers are committed to protecting the environment and strive for as little waste as possible.

You can choose one handmade stoneware cup (volume approx. 0,2l) in three different colours. Each cup is handmade. It is a piece of honest work of ceramist Marek Čatloš, who has a small ceramic workshop ker.am. Each cup passes through his hands several times. First he cuts and weighs the clay, which goes to the potter’s wheel where he rolls it into a raw shape. This has to rest for a day before he cleans it. After five days of drying, the jar goes into a kiln at 1000°C, where it spends another two days. Only after the first firing can it be glazed, and it receives its final appearance in two days in a kiln at 1200°C. After that, it’s just a matter of grinding it and waiting to see who it will make happy 🙂 It could be you!

You have a choice:

– 3 larger mason jars with a volume of 190ml, in three different colours.
– 1 smaller earthenware cup with a volume of 90ml.
