Fans of spicy food should definitely not miss the Red Hot Chilli Festival 2026, taking place on Sunday, May 3, 2026 in the outdoor area in front of Cross Club. The third edition of this fiery event will bring the best from the world of chilli peppers, sauces, and spicy gastronomy.
Visitors can look forward to a wide selection of products from both local and international producers – from chilli sauces and spices to original jams, as well as seedlings and seeds for home growing. Experts will also be on-site to provide advice on selecting and caring for different chilli varieties.
The festival will also feature a diverse food zone where spicy flavors take center stage. Street food stalls will offer unique dishes that will truly test your taste buds, along with refreshing drinks perfect for cooling down after the heat.
A major highlight is the traditional chilli eating contest, one of the most exciting parts of the day. Brave participants will gradually taste increasingly spicy varieties – from mild peppers to extreme ones exceeding one million Scoville units.
This year, the festival will also join forces with the Fermentation Festival, bringing an even wider range of vendors and a richer accompanying program. The relaxed atmosphere will be enhanced by DJ sets throughout the day.
Red Hot Chilli Festival is the perfect opportunity to discover new flavors, test your limits, and enjoy a day in a unique, slightly “spicy” atmosphere.
