ArtKryt Prague

Over the weekend of October 9–11, the Folimánka underground shelter will be transformed into a space for contemporary art.

Now in its second year, ArtKryt will showcase works by various Prague-based artists.

This year’s theme is mental health, as World Mental Health Day falls on Saturday, the day the festival takes place. In addition to the exhibition itself, there will also be a supporting program featuring workshops, film screenings, and musical performances. Visitors will thus be able to spend the entire weekend in the shelter’s unique space while participating in various activities. Admission to the festival is free.

Among the exhibiting artists are Toy Box, Petr Pufler, and Dominik Forman. The program is thus intended not only for lovers of contemporary art but also for those who want to experience something a little out of the ordinary. The exhibition will be open on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
