Yoga on the Beach Vienna

Yoga on the beach is back! From May through September, enjoy a yoga class every Sunday on the sand at Strandbar Herrmann. The yoga instructors from the Vienna Yoga School will guide you through the entire class. The class is suitable for everyone—including beginners. Participation is free.

Start your Sunday morning with an invigorating yoga class surrounded by nature.

Beach yoga takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is free for everyone. We’ll meet at Strandbar Herrmann, a cozy spot with the perfect setting for our yoga class. The fresh air will refresh your senses and help you be fully present in the moment.

Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel/beach towel so you’re comfortable during the class. Also remember to bring water and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun and stay hydrated.

Take this opportunity to meet fantastic yoga teachers. They regularly teach training and continuing education courses at the Vienna Yoga School and bring a wealth of experience and expertise to enrich your yoga practice.
