Twin City Liner Cruise

On the Danube from Vienna to Bratislava in just 75 minutes: It’s possible with the Twin City Liner.

The Twin City Liner connects Vienna’s old town with the Slovak capital Bratislava. The high-speed catamaran can accommodate up to 250 passengers and travels up to three times a day from Vienna to Bratislava and back. Seats can be booked in First Class on the upper deck and on the main deck. The fast catamaran is fully air-conditioned, equipped for disabled passengers and there is an on-board buffet. Dogs and bicycles can be taken on board. Please note that a valid travel document is required for travel to Slovakia.

The Twin City Liner as well as the DDSG tour boats dock at the “Wien City” boat station between Marienbrücke and Schwedenbrücke on the Danube Canal. The architecturally impressive building houses not only the ticket sales desk but also the “Gate to Bratislava” – an information desk operated by the City of Bratislava – as well as the “Motto am Fluss” pub, which includes a restaurant and a café with a large terrace.
