SUP Fitness at the Danube

Join us for our Hiit Stand Up Paddle classes on the old Danube. Look forward to a Hiit session with a good portion of holiday feeling. The Hiit training on the boards will challenge your balance and coordination at the same time. If you don’t want to get wet, you’d better concentrate well, otherwise you’ll have to reckon with the one or other spontaneous cooling down 😉 We finish our sweaty Hiit training with a 10-minute cooldown paddle round.

Procedure:
Meet on time at our SUP location min. 15 minutes before the training starts (Florian Berndl Gasse 1a), where you can change clothes and lock up your valuables. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

After a short briefing, everyone will receive their SUP board and paddle. Together we will then head to the water and paddle, with the sun on our faces, to our training location. There we dock at the training island and get started.

After the training, you are welcome to take a shower at our location.

EXPERIENCE in Stand Up Paddling IS NOT REQUIRED! !

FOR SWIMMERS ONLY!

Please bring:
– Sportswear, swimming costumes are also welcome
– water bottle
– sun cream
– water bottle
