Aniene Festival is one of the highlights of Rome’s summer season, transforming Parco Nomentano into a lively venue filled with concerts, performances, talks, workshops, delicious food and activities for all ages. Throughout August, the festival follows a weekly schedule featuring recurring themed events, ensuring there’s something different to enjoy every evening.
🎪 Monday – Circus!
Enjoy contemporary circus performances featuring acrobats, jugglers, clowns and interactive shows suitable for both children and adults.
🎙️ Tuesday & Wednesday – Golden Record
An inspiring series of talks and live performances with writers, musicians, artists and guest speakers discussing culture, music and current topics.
🎸 Wednesday & Saturday – Concerts in Pista
Live music nights showcasing singer-songwriters, jazz, world music, electronic sounds and emerging artists.
💃 Thursday – Swing Factor
Take part in a free swing dance lesson before dancing the night away with live music and professional dancers.
🎤 Friday – Female Friday Live
A concert series celebrating talented female artists from Italy’s contemporary music scene.
🍷 Friday – Wine & Vinyl
An evening dedicated to fine wines paired with vinyl-only DJ sets and carefully curated music selections.
🌎 Sunday – Giro di Pista
Travel the world through music and dance with weekly themed evenings featuring salsa, tango, samba, pizzica and other traditional dances, accompanied by free introductory lessons.
