Love in the movies

From February 14 to February 23, 2026, the Film Legends Museum will transform into a space where iconic film characters meet themes of love, relationships, sacrifice, and emotion.

A special Valentine’s trail will guide visitors through the museum’s exhibitions, offering a fresh perspective on well-known film legends and their stories. The trail focuses on different forms of love—romantic, fateful, parental, heroic, and even darker expressions—that are inseparably connected to cinematic storytelling.

Throughout the museum, visitors are symbolically accompanied by the museum’s mascot, Srdíčko (Little Heart), who leads them to individual stops along the trail. At selected film couples and iconic scenes, guests are invited to pause and reflect on how films work with emotions, portray human relationships, and explore themes such as courage, sacrifice, and loyalty.

The atmosphere of the event is enhanced by subtle Valentine’s decorations, which underline the romantic character of the trail while preserving the authenticity of the film exhibitions. The event is suitable not only for couples looking for an unconventional Valentine’s program, but also for individuals and families with children who want to explore film stories from a new perspective together.

At the end of the visit, guests will receive a small Valentine’s gift as a thank-you for taking part. Love in Films thus becomes a celebration not only of film legends, but also of the emotions and stories we carry from the screen into our own lives.
