For the twelfth time, the popular event Veggie Christmas will offer practical tips on how to celebrate the holidays with respect for nature, animals, and our planet. This year’s edition will take place on December 15, 2024, in the beautiful setting of Slovanský Dům in Prague, where you can expect not only the traditional festive atmosphere but also an inspiring program.
Veggie Christmas will teach you why and how to replace animals in your diet while proving that holiday moments can be just as delicious and magical without animal products. The full-day program features engaging lectures, live food shows, and the chance to taste delectable plant-based specialties.
A key part of the event is the vegan Christmas market, where you’ll find unique and ethical gifts to delight your loved ones. Additionally, plant-based treats like cookies, desserts, and festive dishes will be available to enrich your holiday table.
Throughout the day, visitors can attend inspiring talks on sustainable living, healthy eating, and the ecological benefits of a plant-based diet. Culinary demonstrations will reveal how to easily prepare traditional holiday meals in a plant-based version.
You’ll also have the chance to participate in the This Year, Give Help project, which enables direct support for animals in sanctuaries, shelters, and rescue organizations.
