Polívkování 2026 at Smíchovská náplavka will take place on Saturday, March 7th, from 11:00 to 18:00, once again offering a unique gastronomic experience for all soup lovers.
Visitors can look forward to a wide variety of flavors, from traditional Czech recipes to exotic specialties from around the world.
There will be popular homemade soups such as potato soup, kulajda, cabbage soup, lentil soup, pumpkin soup, and rich broths, as well as heartier options like black pudding soup, dumpling soup, and tripe soup. For those eager to try new tastes, international delicacies will also be available, including Russian borscht, Mexican chipotle, Malaysian laksa, French bouillabaisse, Vietnamese pho, Moroccan harira, and the ever-popular Japanese ramen. Organizers recommend parking at OC Nový Smíchov, where visitors can park for free for up to five hours, or in the nearby Svornosti Street, where parking is free throughout the weekend.
