23rd EuroPython in Prague!! The oldest and longest running Python programming conference in the world, run by volunteers!
Join us in July in the heart of Bohemia, Prague. We’ll be together to celebrate our shared passion for Python and its community!
A week full of everything Python related:
Monday and Tuesday, July 8th and 9th: Tutorials and workshop
Wednesday-Friday, July 10-12: Talks and sponsor exhibition
Saturday and Sunday, July 13-14: Sprints
Monday and Tuesday, July 8 and 9:
The first two days are dedicated to tutorials and workshops. We start at 9:00 am at the PCC.
The first two days, all activities will be held on the first floor only. We’re hosting 16 tutorials and two special workshops for beginners: the Django Girls on Monday and Humble Data on Tuesday.
PyBurger is on Monday! We will all meet at Burgerman and enjoy one of the best burgers in Europe.
Two summits – C-API Summit on Monday and WASM Summit on Tuesday.
Keep in mind that you need a tutorial ticket or a combination ticket to attend the tutorials. Summit and workshops require separate registration.
Seating is limited, so don’t hesitate. 🙂
If you are a speaker, we are also hosting a speaker dinner on Tuesday.
Wednesday-Friday, July 10-12:
After the opening ceremony on Wednesday, we will start the first of 6 main lectures.
Then, over the next three days, enjoy more than 110 lectures in 6 parallel tracks and 9 posters presented during lunch breaks in the expo area.
All main conference activities take place during these three days. In addition, you can visit the sponsor exhibition and other complementary events, including the social event on Thursday.
On Thursday 11 July we have a lunch with PyLadies and a series of events aimed at supporting the community and empowering women in technology.
On Friday, July 12, we have a community organizers’ luncheon that includes an open discussion about Python organizations and how we’re tackling challenges! .
Join us for a scenic boat cruise on Friday for an evening of networking and relaxation. Make sure you book your place early!
Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14:
On Saturday and Sunday we will move to a different location: the Rajská budova (RB), Žižkov campus, VŠE (University of Economics in Prague), which is more suitable for Sprints.
According to our tradition, the conference organizers provide the rooms and facilities, but YOU organize the Sprints. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to open-source projects large and small, learn from each other and have fun.
