The biggest stage is moving to Holešovice. The popular summer music festival Prague Open Air has announced the first names of this year’s lineup and will feature performances by leading Czech artists across genres such as indie pop, rock, alternative, folk, punk and electronic music.
After years of moving from Ledárny Braník to the new Areál 7 space in Holešovice, which will offer greater capacity, better facilities and more convenient accessibility.
The new festival center is located just a few minutes walk from the Nádraží Holešovice metro station, and visitors will also find tram stops and parking nearby. The organizers promise greater comfort for visitors and more space for concerts and accompanying programs.
Prague Open Air will once again offer a series of open-air concerts on several Prague stages this year. The music summer will take place in Areál 7, Občanská plovárna, and Terasa Smíchov and will present a number of well-known Czech performers across genres.
