When in a centre of Prague, it is good to know where to go for a coffee. One beautiful venue that serves a good coffee, cake or pie and more can be found in Václavské náměstí (on the 1st floor of the building right on the corner of the square and Vodičkova Street).
It is not only a café, but also a big bookshop. If you have some time, you can even choose some book behind you and read and enojy your time. The venue is very cosy, suitable for a long stays and doing some reading or notebook job. If you are lucky, you can even have a seat on the small balcony which is part of it and have a nice full view of Václavské náměstí, which is definitely a big plus!
On weekdays the café is open from 9 am to 7:30 pm, on weekends the opening hours are shortened.
Venue: Café Academia, Václavské nám. 110 00/792/34, 1 Nové Město, Prague
