On Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Koštovna U Počtů will host a four-hour, free-style tasting filled with sparkling wines, great flavors, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The concept is simple and irresistible – 15 varieties of sparkling wines from different parts of Europe, unlimited consumption, and no strict rules. You’ll be able to taste prosecco, cava, crémant, and sekt at your own pace and according to your preferences. The tasting is designed as a “free style” experience, so there’s no fixed order or guided commentary – the evening is all about the joy of discovery.
Perfectly paired with the bubbles is a carefully prepared truffle amuse-bouche, sure to delight lovers of bold flavors. You can look forward to French truffle sausage, Trifolino truffle cheese, grissini, and truffle mayonnaise. Everything is served to complement the sparkling wines and create a harmonious gourmet experience.
