Valentine Dinner

On Friday, February 14, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, a special Valentine’s evening will take place at The Monkey Bar Prague, just a few steps from the main train station.

This unique event brings together fine dining, live music, and the intimate atmosphere of an exotic interior.

The space, inspired by an urban jungle, will glow with candlelight and create the perfect setting for celebrating love.

The highlight of the evening is a carefully curated four-course Valentine’s menu, designed to delight fans of modern gastronomy and refined flavors. Each course is thoughtfully prepared and can be complemented by wine and cocktail pairings, enhancing the overall experience. The romantic mood will be further elevated by live music performed by a singer, whose voice adds a personal and emotional touch to the evening.

Valentine’s Four-Course Menu

The evening begins with beef tartare served with toasted brioche, arugula mayonnaise, and pickled chanterelles, paired with Chandon Blanc de Noir sparkling wine.

This is followed by a 63°C egg with caviar, wild garlic pesto, Comté foam, and morel and sherry sauce, paired with a Riesling from Weingut Hauck.

The main course features lobster risotto with lobster bisque, fennel, and mussel espuma, accompanied by Pinot Grigio Girlan.

The sweet finale is the Sweetheart dessert – raspberry cream with yuzu and biscuit, complemented by an original Raspberry & Yuzu Milk Punch.
