For the first time in the Czech Republic, the history of Buddhist art since its beginnings will be presented in an exhibition organised by the National Gallery in Prague in cooperation with the Rietberg Museum in Zurich. Who was Buddha Shakyamuni and what does his teaching bring? What routes did Buddhism follow from the Indian subcontinent to Southeast Asia, China, Tibet, Japan and other countries?
