Imagine losing your sight. Scary, isn’t it? Now imagine how you’d go about your daily activities. Like just pouring a cup of coffee and not to spill it, preparing a meal, getting dressed, going out on the street and hitting the right spot without getting lost or getting mugged. A thousand challenges every day, one big adventure every day. Do you dare to enter this world?

The Invisible Exhibition offers you a unique opportunity to experience the life of a blind person for yourself. Visitors to this exhibition learn to navigate in specially darkened spaces where they experience situations from everyday life.

For example, how to navigate in the dark at home, in nature or during a cultural experience. Is it possible to perceive the world other than with your eyes? This will be shown to you by completely or partially blind guides who will not only guide your feet and hands, but also become your eyesight for a while. Every fifteen minutes a tour starts. A blind guide will lead you through several rooms to the exit, beyond which there is light.

This exhibition is suitable for everyone from about five years of age. The tour can also be taken in foreign languages: English, German, Spanish and Russian. The exhibition is not wheelchair accessible.

For parents with children, the “Invisible Exhibition” has prepared a special “Fairy Tale Tour”. Children perform fairy tale tasks and experience magical adventures in the dark, which helps them overcome their fear of the dark. During the tour they meet Cinderella, Goldilocks or various animals.

The tour is suitable for children aged approximately 4 to 8 years. The exhibition space is not wheelchair accessible. For a foreign language tour, please contact: info@neviditelna.cz or call 777 787 064 during the exhibition opening hours.
