The annual Husobraní Goose and Cider Fest is back this years as well, transforming the Smíchov riverside into a place of a royal feast! What you can look forward to? The sale of goose specialties such as foie gras, goose fat, kaldoun soup, goose pate, roast goose, goose burgers or traditional pancakes tossed in goose fat.Goose legs, goose kaldoun, goose pate, goose liver, roast goose, goose confit, smoked goose, goose burger, goose roulade, goose fat-coated sausages. Are you salivating yet? Then come to Smíchovská náplavka on Saturday November 6 and have a taste!. Goose, chickens, turkeys, quail and pigeons will all be on the menu, ensuring you will enjoy yourself to the fullest – because the traditional Goose Festival is coming! Expect more than 1,000 fattened geese to be on offer, meaning that everyone will certainly eat to their heart’s content here!
