I bike mini parade

If your child has outgrown the bike seat but the full I Bike Budapest ride still seems like too much, then I Bike Mini is the perfect choice for you! On Saturday, April 26, a special, shortened bike parade designed for families with small children will set off from the Musical Fountain on Margaret Island and head to the Great Meadow (Nagy-rét). The goal of the event is to let even the youngest riders experience the joy of cycling safely and together in the city!

I Bike Mini is part of the larger I Bike Budapest series, aimed especially at families who want to enjoy the fun of a group bike ride, but for whom the full-length route would be too long for the kids. The route is only 1.5 km long and completely separate from the main I Bike Budapest procession – so here, everything truly revolves around the little ones. Organizers ensure a relaxed pace and a peaceful atmosphere as families pedal through the spring scenery of Margaret Island.

At the finish line in the Great Meadow, participants can enjoy various games, activities, and the chance to have a picnic. Organizers encourage everyone to bring blankets, balls, or their favorite snacks – because this afternoon is not just about biking, but about making shared memories.
