Buda Beer Festival

From June 10 to 14, Budapest will host the very first Budai-Hídfő Beer Festival, a five-day celebration of craft beer, street food and summer vibes on the banks of the Danube. Set at the Buda end of Petőfi Bridge, the festival promises an exciting mix of local and international breweries, delicious food and a relaxed riverside atmosphere.

Beer lovers can explore hundreds of different beers, ranging from classic lagers and wheat beers to modern craft brews and specialty imports. The lineup includes well-known Hungarian and international breweries such as Holba, Cerna Hora, Lobkowicz, Litovel, Permon, Unity Brewing, First Craft Beer, TOBOZ Craft Beer, Csíki Beer, Ludas Brewery and many more.

But this festival is about much more than beer. A wide selection of street food vendors will be serving everything from gourmet burgers and BBQ dishes to gyros, wraps, churros, chimney cakes, pastries and international specialties. Visitors can enjoy offerings from popular vendors including Grillkirály, Black Burgers, Ruben Chicken, Vianka Street Food, Lior Gastro and several other food exhibitors.

One of the event’s biggest attractions is its location. Situated along the Danube with views of the river and the city skyline, the festival offers the perfect setting for an afternoon with friends, an evening date or a laid-back summer gathering. Whether you’re discovering new craft beers, sampling street food or simply enjoying the atmosphere, the festival aims to deliver a complete gastronomic experience.
