The new wave bakery A pinch of cake recently opened in the Parliament neighbourhood. As well as naturally reimagined versions of classic cakes, you’ll also find new additions such as a salted caramel choux with cubes of the crowd favourite salted caramel cake inside. In addition to the desserts, there’s also an excellent coffee selection, or if you’d prefer a refreshing alternative, there’s also a choice of heavenly cold-pressed PRAS juices.
You can even bring your dog to A Pinch of Cake, which is not only dog-friendly, but also offers dog biscuits.
A cake is a substantial and lasting taste experience, so it’s a good idea not to try everything at once, but to come back from time to time.
