The world-famous Italian pop-opera trio IL VOLO, composed of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble, will come to Bratislava with an unforgettable concert to enchant the Slovak audience on the stage of Tipos Arena on 8.10.2024.
The trio gained international fame after their participation in the Italian talent show “Ti Lascio Una Canzone” in 2009. Their performance won the hearts of many and led to the release of their first album.
Il Volo are known for their unique blend of classical music and pop, which is often referred to as “popera”. They perform a mixture of original songs and cover versions of classic opera arias and pop songs.
The group has received multiple nominations for prestigious awards including the Latin Grammy Awards and have been seen on television shows including “The Tonight Show” and “Dancing with the Stars.”
Il Volo have collaborated with several well-known artists including Andrea Bocelli, Barbra Streisand and Placido Domingo, further demonstrating their versatility and appeal in a variety of musical genres.
